ANCESTRAL HEALING

Thank you for purchasing this Ancestral Healing practice. Your ancestors thank you; for helping them, and your future generations. 

This particular Ancestral healing practice is a very deep and powerful healing of 7 generations. The audios you will find below are from a live gathering I did in my Membership, The Alignment Portal.

The first audio is a transmission: This audio contains insight about Ancestral Healing as well as the instructions for how to do the practice so don't skip it. 

THE PRACTICE:
Make sure you have an hr to dedicate to this practice as you don't want to stop it mid-way!

HOW:
In the video, I am describing a "scooping" motion which you will be doing with your right hand. Try holding out your right hand in front of you, palm facing up. Now cup that hand as if you were trying to hold water in the hand. This is how you want to "cup" your hand throughout the practice - then "scoop" as described in the video. The "scooping" will be done fairly close to your body, you don't have to be touching your body, but keep your hand about 6 - 12 inches away from your body.

WHERE:
For this practice, it is recommended that you sit on a chair with your feet on the ground. Sitting in a lotus position will make this practice harder to do. Likewise, it is not recommended that you lay down (if you can't sit, it is fine to lay down, but be aware that it is a bit harder to get to your feet when laying down).

 
BE EXTRA: 
If any part of you feels like you need to cough, move, shake, growl, whatever may come through your body; ALLOW IT! This is stagnant and blocked energy wanting to be released. Hold nothing back!
