1. About these Terms

These Terms govern access to and use of https://www.diana-hansen.com/, courses and community experiences delivered through Kajabi, one-to-one and group coaching, workshops, recordings, digital products, subscriptions, and the custom-buil House &t Soul Cartography application (together, the “Services”).

When Kajabi hosts a checkout, course, subscription, or community, Kajabi supplies the technology platform. Diana Hansen remains the seller and contracting provider of the relevant Diana Hansen offering unless the checkout expressly identifies another seller.

2. Acceptance and eligibility

You accept these Terms when you create an account, purchase or access a Service, select an acceptance checkbox, sign an agreement, or continue to use a Service after being given clear notice of these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or independently participate unless a specific youth offering and legally sufficient parental or guardian authorization are provided.

3. The Services

• Courses, trainings, memberships, recordings, workshops, certifications, and community experiences delivered through Kajabi;
• House of Energetic Intelligence™ online teaching and community offerings;
• One-to-one and group coaching, mentorship, intuitive guidance, transformational coaching, and energy facilitation;
• House & Soul Cartography™ charts, reports, applications, timelines, interpretations, AI-assisted features, and related digital outputs;
• Websites, newsletters, events, retreats, downloads, and future offerings expressly incorporating these Terms.

Specific sales pages, Kajabi offer pages, order confirmations, signed coaching agreements, event terms, or in-app notices may add service-specific terms. If they conflict with these Terms, the more specific terms govern that Service, subject to mandatory law.

4. Educational and interpretive nature

The Services support reflection, personal, professional, spiritual, and educational growth. They may incorporate astrology, Human Design, Gene Keys, numerology, cardology, elemental and polarity frameworks, intuitive guidance, energetic language, and the proprietary House & Soul Cartography™ synthesis. These are interpretive frameworks, not scientifically validated diagnostic or predictive systems. You may accept, reject, question, or disregard any interpretation.

5. Accounts and security

• Provide accurate and current information and protect your login credentials.
• Do not share a single-user account, impersonate another person, or bypass access controls.
• Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
• We may suspend access to protect security, investigate misuse, comply with law, or address a material breach.

6. Orders, pricing, VAT, and payment

Prices, currency, VAT treatment, payment type, billing frequency, trial terms, and access period are displayed at checkout. Payments for Kajabi offers are processed through the payment method integrated with Kajabi or another approved processor. You authorize the stated one-time, installment, or recurring charges. An installment plan is a commitment to pay the total program price unless the offer expressly states that it is a cancel-anytime subscription.

If payment fails, access may be suspended and payment retried as permitted by the payment arrangement and applicable law. We do not impose undisclosed fees. Any late charge in a signed coaching contract is limited to the maximum lawful amount and is not applied to a Consumer where unfair or prohibited.

7. Kajabi subscriptions and community cancellation

Subscriptions for Diana Hansen’s Kajabi-hosted platform, courses, and community renew according to the price and billing period shown on the applicable Kajabi checkout. Cancellation is handled through the account, subscription, or cancellation method shown in Kajabi or by contacting [email protected]. The offer-specific terms displayed in Kajabi govern the effective cancellation date, continued access, and any trial conversion. Unless the offer states otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal and does not automatically refund a billing period already begun. Mandatory Consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Digital content and immediate access

Reports, recordings, downloads, and other Digital Content may be supplied immediately. Where EU or Danish law requires it, checkout will ask for your prior express consent to immediate supply and your acknowledgment that the statutory withdrawal right may be lost once supply begins. A statement in these Terms alone does not replace that affirmative checkout consent.

9. Consumer withdrawal rights

An eligible Consumer purchasing at a distance may generally have 14 days to withdraw, subject to statutory exceptions and conditions. For services requested to begin during that period, a proportionate amount may be payable for performance already supplied. The right may be lost after full performance where legally required consent and acknowledgment were obtained. For immediately supplied digital content, the right may be lost after supply begins only where the applicable legal requirements were satisfied. 10. House & Soul Cartography application

The custom House & Soul Cartography application may calculate, organize, visualize, and interpret information supplied by you, including birth details and reflective responses. The application may use software automation and AI assistance. The applicable product page or in-app notice will state whether an output is fully automated, AI-assisted, practitioner reviewed, or personally reviewed by Diana Hansen.

You are responsible for the accuracy of birth date, birth time, birthplace, names, and other inputs. If correct information is processed incorrectly, we will correct or regenerate the affected output as legally required. A subjective lack of resonance does not by itself establish a technical defect.

11. Coaching and mentorship

Coaching is an educational and developmental relationship. It is not medicine, psychotherapy, psychiatry, crisis care, legal advice, financial advice, or another regulated service. Scheduling, package duration, completion windows, payments, and cancellation are governed by the signed Coaching Agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, a scheduling conflict requires at least 24 hours’ notice; late cancellation or nonattendance may cause the session to be forfeited. The existing package completion windows are: three sessions within 21 days, five sessions within 56 days, three-month mentorship within 120 days, and six-month mentorship within 270 days from the first session.

12. House of Energetic Intelligence community

The House is a teaching and community environment. Members must follow the Community Standards, respect confidentiality, and avoid diagnosis, harassment, exploitation, unauthorized solicitation, recording, or redistribution. Community confidentiality is an expectation, not an absolute guarantee that other members will comply.

13. AI-assisted Services

• AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, or unsupported.
• An AI system is not Diana Hansen, a conscious person, or a licensed professional.
• Do not use AI outputs as the sole basis for medical, mental-health, legal, financial, employment, housing, custody, immigration, or other high-consequence decisions.
• We do not promise human review unless the applicable Service expressly includes it.
• Use of Customer Content for model training or research is governed by the Privacy Policy and any separate consent.

14. No medical or professional advice

Nothing in the Services constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, crisis intervention, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, investment advice, or financial advice. Do not begin, stop, delay, or alter medication or professional treatment based on a Service. In an emergency, contact local emergency or crisis services; do not rely on email, community posts, coaching messages, or the app.

15. Intellectual property and personal license

House, Soul Cartography™, House of Energetic Intelligence™, Særling™, the House and Soul Cartography framework, reports, curricula, recordings, graphics, software, prompts, original language, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Diana Hansen, subject to third-party rights. We do not claim ownership of astrology, Human Design, Gene Keys, numerology, cardology, public-domain traditions, facts, or independent third-party works.

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access purchased materials for your own non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, teach commercially, create unofficial certifications, scrape, reverse engineer, remove rights notices, share login access, or reproduce substantial portions without written permission.

16. AI training and automated extraction restriction

Without written permission, you may not use our content, reports, recordings, prompts, or proprietary outputs to train or fine-tune a model, build embeddings or retrieval databases, benchmark a competing report system, imitate Diana Hansen’s voice at scale, or generate competing commercial interpretations. This does not restrict facts, independent knowledge, public-domain content, or uses that mandatory law protects.

17. Customer Content

You retain ownership of original content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, format, and use it only as needed to provide and secure the Services, comply with law, enforce the agreement, and perform processing described in the Privacy Policy. Private Client material is not licensed for public marketing merely because it was submitted. Testimonials, images, case studies, and promotional recordings require separate permission.

18. Acceptable use

• No unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, harassment, threats, stalking, discrimination, malware, or security interference.
• No unauthorized diagnosis, medical direction, dangerous crisis advice, or consequential profiling of another person.
• No collection or publication of another member’s private information.
• No unauthorized commercial solicitation, account sharing, recording, copying, scraping, or competing use.
• No false claim of certification, endorsement, employment, or affiliation.

19. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, nonpayment, fraud, security risk, harassment, privacy violations, infringement, unlawful conduct, or serious disruption. Where appropriate, we may give notice and an opportunity to cure. Immediate action may be taken for serious risk or misconduct. If we discontinue a paid Service without your breach before supplying the essential promised benefit, we will provide an appropriate substitute, credit, proportionate refund, or other remedy required by law.

20. No guarantees

We do not guarantee personal transformation, healing, resonance, income, business performance, relationship outcomes, certification, spiritual development, or any particular result. Clear factual promises in an offer remain binding, and mandatory rights concerning conformity and service delivery are not excluded.

21. Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or mandatory Consumer and data-protection rights. For Consumers, any limitation applies only to the extent fair, transparent, proportionate, and lawful. For business users, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential business loss, lost profits, lost opportunity, or loss caused by unauthorized reliance on educational or interpretive content. Any B2B aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected Service during the preceding 12 months unless a signed agreement states otherwise.

22. Third-party platforms

Kajabi and other third parties provide technology, payment, video, email, hosting, analytics, or AI services. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply. We do not disclaim obligations that remain ours under contract, Consumer law, or data-protection law.

23. Complaints

Contact [email protected] first so we can investigate. Consumers retain access to applicable Danish or EU complaint and dispute procedures. Privacy complaints may also be submitted to the Danish Data Protection Agency. Nothing restricts non-waivable regulatory or judicial rights.

24. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Danish law, subject to mandatory protections that apply to Consumers in their habitual country of residence. A Consumer is not required to litigate exclusively in Denmark where mandatory jurisdiction rules provide otherwise. B2B disputes are subject to the competent courts of Denmark unless a separate signed agreement provides otherwise.

25. Changes

We may update these Terms prospectively for legal, security, operational, technical, or product reasons. Material changes affecting an ongoing paid Service will receive reasonable notice and any consent or cancellation option required by law. Historical versions will be retained.
