Group programs, workshops, and live events (online or in-person)
Memberships, courses, trainings, and certifications

All offerings are designed for educational and spiritual development purposes and are not medical, psychological, or financial advice.

Use of the Website

This Website and all content, courses, programs, and materials are intended for individuals over the age of 18. By accessing this Website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

We reserve the right to update, change, or discontinue any part of the Website or Services at any time without notice.

Payment & Currency

All payments are processed in USD via Stripe (secure payment processing). Prices may change at any time without notice. You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information. By purchasing from us, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount, including any payment plans agreed upon.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1:1 Mentorship and Private Sessions

All payments for private sessions and mentorships are non-refundable once payment has been made.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 48hrs notice. Cancellations made less than 48hrs before the scheduled session will incur an inconvenience fee equal to the full session price.

You may reschedule your session up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without additional cost.

Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the session being forfeited and counted as completed.

Purchased mentorship sessions must be completed within the following timeframes:

3-month mentorships: within 120 days of the first session.
6-session packages: within 60 days of the first session.
No refunds are offered once payment has been made.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the session being forfeited and counted as completed.

Memberships

Membership fees are non-refundable once charged. You may cancel at any time by providing 30 days’ written notice prior to your next billing cycle.

Courses & Digital Programs

All digital courses and programs offered by Diana Hansen, are non-refundable due to immediate access to materials upon purchase.
No refunds are provided under any circumstances once access has been granted.

Digital Products Usage and Delivery

Digital products and programs are delivered via email or through secure online platforms such as Kajabi. You are responsible for ensuring you have access to the email address and/or login credentials used at checkout. Diana Hansen reserves the right to modify, update, or retire any Program at her discretion.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, videos, audio, and program materials, is owned by Diana Hansen or used under license.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the materials for personal use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, share, or distribute any of our content, courses, materials, or recordings without prior written permission. Unauthorized use or duplication may result in legal action.

Media and Recording Notice

By participating in any live call, workshop, or program hosted by Diana Hansen, you acknowledge that sessions may be recorded for educational and replay purposes, accessible to other members or participants of the same program.

If you choose to have your camera on, your image, voice, and contributions may be included in these recordings. Participation on video is voluntary, and you may choose to keep your camera off or use a display name if you prefer not to appear in recordings.

Recordings are used solely within the context of the program and for internal educational purposes, including the distribution of replays to registered participants.Recordings will not be used for external marketing, advertising, or public distribution without your explicit written consent. By continuing to participate, you consent to this limited use and release Diana Hansen from any claims related to the inclusion of your image, voice, or likeness in program recordings used in this manner.
